Terms of service

Brrring is a phone answering service for UK trades businesses, operated from the UK. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We answer calls made to the phone numbers you divert to us, take messages, and send you the details by SMS and email. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information a caller gives us, and we do not take payments on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login and divert settings correct. If you cancel your subscription, your divert stops working at the end of the paid month; calls after that point go wherever your phone sends them.

3. Fair use

Plans are priced for a single trade business at typical call volumes. If your line is receiving automated, spam, or reseller-level traffic we may ask you to move to an enterprise arrangement.

4. Liabilities

Brrring is not liable for missed jobs, lost revenue, or any consequential loss arising from calls we handle. Our total liability in any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months.

5. Recording

If call recording is enabled on your plan, you are responsible for playing the disclosure prompt to callers, as UK law requires. Recordings are stored securely and are yours; we keep them for 90 days.
